Please review your phone model, size, color, and shipping details carefully before checkout. Since many items are made to order, changes may not always be possible once your order is placed.

Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary.

Returns
Because many By Sofia pieces are made to order, all sales are final. We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect selections made at checkout. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help.
